We’ve got 40+ textures in our catalogue to choose from, picking which one (or many) to order is the hard part.

If there is something specific you had in mind, we can either source it for you or easily have a browse through Adobe Stock and pick from the many stock images there and we’ll create a custom backdrop just for you. 

Nice, you’ve done the hard part and picked your backdrops. We’ve made checkout a breeze by integrating secure online payment options such as PayPal and Stripe so we can accept payments from Visa, Mastercard & Amex.

Prices are displayed and processed in AUD

Prices may show up excluding GST if you haven’t shopped with us before. Once you enter your billing/delivery address the GST will be calculated at checkout.

Time for us to do our job. Once we recieve your order we’ll get onto processing your backdrops. As we print all our backdrops to order please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order. Although, most of the time orders are shipped out the next business day.

Ok, your backdrops are packed and ready to go and you have a few options to get them in your hands and start photographing with them.

SHIPPING :: Backdrops are sent via Australia Post with the choice of either

Standard Parcel Post (3-5 business days) or

Express Post (1-2 business days)

PICK-UP :: If you would like to pick up from us instead, processing times are still the same and we’ll send you an email with collection details.

If you’re ordering from abroad, no worries, we’ve got that covered too. 

Backdrops are sent via Australia Post and will be handed over to USPS when the package arrives in USA.

Got your order and it’s not quite what you wanted? You’re welcome to exchange your backdrop(s) within 14 days. T&C’s apply.

Contact us within 14 days of recieving delivery.

Backdrop(s) must be in perfect condition for resale when they arrive back to us. If the backdrop(s) aren’t returned in perfect condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in resale value.

Once the backdrop(s) are returned and approved for exchange, we will send out your new backdrop(s) within 24-48hrs. 

We don’t accept returns or cancellations once your order has been printed.

Made a mistake? Please contact us ASAP so we can adjust your order before we begin printing.

If you have placed a custom order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the backdrop(s) arrive damaged or defective.
